Are there templates for SMF 1.1.15 and where I can find it? Arcade version is 2.5.9.

Yes we do have,
Have a look on theme site : http://custom.simplemachines.org/themes/index.php?action=search;version[]=64
However, themes for 1.1.x should also work with 1.1.15 with little or no modification.

Yes, but i need template for Arcade...

then you should post in the mods support thread, you will not find people creating themes for an arcade here as most people dont use it and dont know exactly what mod you are using.
