theme changer Mambo + Coppermine + SMF

Is there a possibility to change the themes of Mambo, Coppermine, and SMF in one time?

I would like to give my website 4 designs for the different defense departments, but I need a way to change the themes of Mambo, Coppermine and SMF in one time..

Is there anyone who knows if it is possible, or who can help me with this problem??
