Mod Idea - Clan CMS Integration

So I've been looking around for a CMS for managing clan websites and those that I've found don't look very good to me.  I came up with the idea to develop a modification package for SMF that would integrate a clan CMS with the SMF forum system.  I've come up with a lot of ideas for it, but before I start developing it, I would like some of your oppinions.  If I were to develop such a mod, would you be interested in it?  Would that be something that you would use for your own SMF clan forum?  Here are some of the ideas that I have come up with for it, and I am also open to your own ideas and suggestions.

Clan Roster
- Based on members in a certain user group("Clan Members")
- Multiple game support
     - Member must be in the "Clan Members" group before being added to a game roster
     - Members of appropriate ranks may only make moderation actions for rosters that they are a part of... unless they are an admin.
- Detailed experience point system
  Members of the clan can earn XP by...
       - Playing in matches (XP for the match itself as well as kill/death ratio)
       - Making forum posts
       - Referring new clan members
- Rank Promotions based on XP

Clan Matches
     - Members with certain ranks can schedule new matches and report match results
     - Match RSVP System (members of the roster that the match is under can "RSVP" to show that they want to play in certain matches)
     - Match challenging system(other clans can challenge your clan to a match or scrim by way of form)

Game Server Database
     - A list of your clan's game servers
     - Server Page
          - Server Title
          - Server Rules
          - Server Stats
          - Player Bans

Member Recruiting
     - Existing clan members recieve XP for referring new clan members(based on referral code system)
     - Ability to open and close recruiting
     - Approve/Deny a user's application(If approved, the user will be moved to the "Clan Member" group

Clan Member Ranks
     - Based on the XP of a member
     - Detailed permission system(recruit/discharge members, manage matches, manage game rosters, etc)
     - Manual Promotions/Demotions

These are just some of the ideas that I have come up with.  I also thought of a media section for match recordings, etc, but was wondering what your opinion of the idea is.  Let me know what you guys think of this general idea and also provide some of your own ideas and suggestions.

Closest thing you're gonna find thats even suggested.  but no updates for awhile.
