Center my logo on the BF3 theme

I have tried a few suggestions from doing a search here but nothing shows exactly what I want.  I want my custom logo to be centered in the header so its not on top of the user menu.  I have the BF3 theme for 2.0 attached is my index.template.php

The image I want is /images/kisslogobf3style.png
