Hello.

I just started my new forum. After I installed it, and entered the forum I got this pastewhite page

I've tried to fix it, and I'm using the hosting service: 000webhost

How can I fix this?
http://famiworld.host22.com/ [nofollow]
Thanks!

Illori

take a look at What is repair_settings.php?

also a link to your forum might help more if that does not help.

I did
famiworld.host22.com

Illori

your css does not exist http://famiworld.com/Themes/default/css/index.css?fin20

verify that all your theme files are uploaded on your server.

I checked the css folder. The filed does exist

Illori

My server is Windows

Illori

then you need to check your file permissions to make sure the server can read and write to those files

How do I chmod? / what is chmod?

I changed all of the options to .host222.com

Still doesnt work

Illori

then you need to check your file/folder permissions as i suggested already.

When I try to get to the site now, I get redirected to http://www.000webhost.com/admin-review with a message saying "You are seeing this page because the system administrator of 000webhost.com is currently checking this website for malicious content.". That could be the issue as well.

I did.

I do not understand my task.

Illori

you need to verify that your files and folders can be written by the server and read by the server, chmod is the command used to do that. your host should provide this in the file manager or via ftp

I did understand that, but I did not understand HOW to use the chmod...

Illori

there should be an option in your file manager or your ftp client to do it.

Miricx

Nevermind.

I did tried 755 and 644.

Nothing changed anything. It's still white...

Illori

then try contacting your host and see if they can fix it, otherwise best i can offer you is to find a real host that is not free so you can do more and have more control over your forum.

It should work on some way... My friend uses it, but it does not work for me, somehow...

Miricx

It's fixed now! Thanks for the support!
