Attachment Positioning

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to have attachments display in line horizontally instead of vertically as is now the case.

I would like to be able to run about 5 across and 2 or 3 deep (thumbs of course)

Is this possible?

Not by default, although you could modify Display.template.php to display them differently.

thanks Ben..I will look at that option. I may be back with more stupid questions.

I am fed up with messing with CPG and am trying to display the gallery as posts. Gives me more control over access

I'm gonna bump this up and se if anyone has anymore suggestions. I looked at display.template etc and saw the attachment lines but nothing clicked in my mind that would effect the postioning. Perhaps i am missing something here.

This is a very old topic, but there was another user who wanted to do this as well. I did a quick search and found this topic only with no solution posted.
