How to add right-left column?

Hello friends. I want to fix right-left column to my theme like argentum theme. How may I fix them please? Thank you.

Hey ARG. I want to fix a column (right or left) as you see at the picture:

This is Argentum theme but I want to fix that application for my theme! I will fix ads and forum statistics here....

I am not familiar with that theme and other than using a portal, am not aware of right and left sidebar settings in a specific theme. Perhaps consider contacting the theme author.

Incorrect. We are not the designers of the Argentum theme.  If I believe correctly I would say that Argentum was designed by Bloc.
