Link in warning level

Hi there.

Question, in our moderator category we have a board called "Member files" for members who have our attention. Each member has his own topic, containing removed postings, warnings, sent PM's and discussion about this member. Also, we use a minimum warning level of 5% for each member who has a "file".

Now I'd like a mod which offers us me and my team members to enter the URL of a member's file in his profile, which will be linked to the text "Watched", "Moderated", or "Muted".

So moderators (allowedTo('moderate_forum')) can enter this link in the profile, and only moderators can see this link.
