Notify on reply of TOPIC STARTED, not TOPIC REPLIED

I'd like to change all members profiles, including new members that join, to the following:

"When I start a new topic, notify me daily"

I don't like the fact that with the "notify feature" enabled you get automatically subscribed to threads just because you replied to them. However, I think it's extremely important for people to be notified when they started a topic. It helps remind people "Hey, come back to the forum and check the topic you started! People replied!!"

Options could be something like...

WHEN I:
[ ] START A NEW TOPIC
[ ] REPLY TO A TOPIC
[ ] START OR REPLY TO A TOPIC

THEN NOTIFY ME:
[ ] ON FIRST UNREAD REPLY ONLY
[ ] INSTANTLY ON ALL REPLIES
[ ] ONCE A DAY
[ ] ONCE A WEEK
[ ] ONCE A MONTH

AND NOTIFY ME OF:
[ ] REPLIES ONLY
[ ] MODERATION ONLY
[ ] MODERATION AND REPLIES


Plain and simple... you should be able to separate "replied to" and "started". Not just "when you post or reply to a topic."
