How to change posting form to looks more like VBulletin ?

I'm looking but can't find any mod that will change these icons above posting form to look more like VBulletin forum.
Is there something like that ?

I guess you want to remove background , you can do by simply removing following two images from Theme/default/images/bbc/
bbc_bg.gif
and
bbc_hoverbg.gif
