Can't download smf_1-1-16_changelog.txt

I just tried to download the smf_1-1-16_changelog.txt but the page just loads and nothing happens.

I'm using Firefox 9.0.1 and i also tried in the latest Chrome and the same problem. However, i was able to download SMF 1.1.16 upgrade package without any issues in Firefox. Can someone please verify this issue and post the contents of the changelog for 1.1.16 if possible. I need to know what exactly changed between 1.1.15 and 1.1.16 before i spend a few days of work to upgrade and redo all my customizations, mod installs, etc. Thanks!

I'll look into it. However, you don't need to redo all your customizations, if you upgrade with the patch instead (in case I understand correctly and you have 1.1.15, you can grab the patch from the package manager updates page instead.)

These are the issues fixed in 1.1.16 patch:
! Make sure db_character_set doesn't end up set when it shouldn't be. (index.php)
! Check for invalid sort methods in message index. (MessageIndex.php)
! Sanitize parameters in package options page (admin-only) (Packages.php).
