Who's Online....Unknown Action

While viewing "Who's Online" as admin, what does "Unknown Action" mean? How can any action be unknown to Admin?

it would be an action that is not defined in the correct files or an action that does not exist on your forum. also please open support threads in the proper support board next time, this is not the correct place for support requests.
