Quick tut?

Sorry about making a topic of this but ive been searching, and generally don't know where to look

Anyways on to the point, ive made a back up of my phpbb 3.0.9 forums, now what how do i convert them etc (i uploaded the converter using filezilla to (mydomain.com/forums/convert.php))i think i might have done it wrong there maybe?
