If there's Theme Of The Month, why not Theme Of The Year?

How about finding top 10 themes of 2011, and making a poll to decide which one is Theme of the Year?

the team usually decides these things and of now there are no plans for a theme of the year, or themes of the year. although this does not stop the community from selecting an unofficial theme of the year.

I think a TOTY would be better than a TOTM, to be honest.
