Moving Navigation

Hoping someone can easily help out with this one. I'm trying to move the Navigation (Home-Help-Etc) down to the little bar below the banner (where it currently says "Criimson Thunderr" in smallish font and remove that completely so that I can make room for our header. Now I see perhaps this isn't the best idea, so I will find another way to accomplish whatever it is I'm trying to do!
