Default style sheet stuck where?

I changed all the colors in the default template style sheet in my SMF 2.0 so that I could have the overall luxury of a custom theme but yet not have to deal with all the hacking to add mods etc.

I did this quite a whole ago, but yet when I visit the site, for just a few first seconds the old blue default colors load briefly, and then it quickly changes out to the colors I edited the style sheet with.
Why does it do this?

Look in index.css for this in two places - #99ABBF.  Change it to a color that matches your new background in main_block.png.  The bg color is there to fill the title bars while the png loads.
