How to remove this(need help)

I am using a theme named GLACIER by LOGOOFF. It's showing a white bar(i dont know what it's called) below the header. I want to remove it. I posted in their forum. No response. So if anyone here can help me out with this please? thanks in advance. Check the attachments

Hello there.

As i can see in index.template.php you can find:

Koodi [Valitse] Laajenna


<div class="header_line_2">
...code for social icons and logo...
</div>

You can remove whole div or just that class, i'm not sure if you want logo and social icons to stay there or you want to completly remove that bar.

when i deleted there is problem with the site. when i try to enter my site it's saying-
Template Parse Error!

What specifically did you remove? Mind attaching the index.template.php file you edited?

sorry after the problem i restored the original file. i can attach that. here it is

Give this a whirl. There are a lot of settings in what I removed. I think I removed the big white bar. If I'm wrong, you can always use the file you attached. Fingers crossed.

sorry to bother you again. i want to put adsense ads in footer. in last theme i did it putting the ad code after <div id="footer_section"><div class="frame">
now i want to put ads. but i don't find this footer section. what can i do? if u knw please help. thanks in advance
