Switch to SMF?

ok, I think I know what to do.

I will creat a folder called SMF under my www on my ftp.
I install SMF in that folder. (I guess get it working ?)
Then I will install the convert fils to the SMF folder.
Then run convert file and point to the SMF folder and the test folder of my current software.

Does that sum it up about right?
