Help Spammers are trying to move in on me

On the topic of banning people and ip's I truly hate seeing there ip still in my list of people on line I know they will drop off when the time goes by but is there away to immediately kick them out or off the site ?

Main reason I am constantly running ip's against list and checking locations and I would like that once I add them to a ban trigger it would be great that when I go back and refresh their ip would not still be in the mix of people online therefore making it easier to keep running the ip's that are showing up.

I am getting a decent list of ip's that are out of this country and are on several lists that have been reported as spammers. If anyone wants a copy of these ip's let me know.
