Escalating Notification

Hi There

Szenario: A user posts a message. Two days later, there is no replay to this post yet.

What we need: After this two days the message is escalating. This means the moderator(s) of the board where the message have been posted needs to receive a notification that he has to replay to the message.

Is this possible? I didnt found something in the feature list...
