Need help in understanding

HI folks sorry to pop in , I'm not just a plain O'l forum user but I found an issue using spell check . the forum I belong is" two track music com" I mostly use firefox ver 9.  Two track just upgraded and since then spell check did not work along with cut and paste in the reply box same for Explorer except cut and paste worked there no spell check.  Now the other weird thing is not everyone has this problem. it will also not work in safari , just tried that . anyway if you don't mind me popping in and asking I would to understand more about how it all works LOL Thanks
