That site has nothing to do with this site, it is merely using SMF forum software...

There is no "One of your sites" .
simplemachines.org is not affiliated with that site in any way whatsoever. They just happen to use the forum script that was created and is supported here.
You need to take it up with the admin/owner of that site if you have issues with them.

do you guys know of a site i could report this site to for doing so?

Lord Anubis

if they are using Paypal to get money, you can always report them to Paypal

Avid Gamer

I visited the site a few minutes ago, viewed a few pages didn't get too involved due to the mentality of most of the posts.

All I can say is if you have genuine complaint (not saying you don't have), and have paid money via paypal you can get it back from them, but you need to contact paypal very quickly and show your case.

But to reiterate what has been said previously, they have nothing to do with simplemachines.org, they are only using the software, as I do with my Squad's website, I  also have nothing to do with simplemachines.org other than a very well satisfied user of the core software. To throw blame on simple machines.org is like blaming Toyota because you were hit by a driver in Avensis.

You can find further information by going to domaintools.com, and if you feel you need to do something then report them to web of trust, although personally I have a great mistrust for private wannabe policing organisations.

If you're unhappy with them and haven't paid any money just keep away, there are plenty of gamer enthusiast sites around that are friendly and forthcoming.
