avatar permissions

Hi Everyone,

Perhaps its my misunderstanding of the permisions system....

I don't want my users to be able to upload avatars unless they are a charter member.

In the group permissions I see that I can allow/stop users choosing a remotely stored avatar - but I cant see a permission for allowing/stopping them from uploading an avatar

I am  happy for them to hotlink to an avatar somewhere - so I need them to allow them to choose a remote avatar, just not allow 'specific' groups to upload.

hmm... am I misunderstanding this?
