[Request] GOOGLE type of "Invites"

I have requested this long time ago and i think my board has come to a point that this would be a very powerful feature and very nice to have at hand. I have too many members and from time to time many have requested something like this.

I can change somethings but i am not that great in PHP, i's till learning.

I would like to ask somebody out there willing to create something like this, Inginuity and creativity. once [Uknown] and the other guys moderating the boards said it should not be hard to come up with something like this, but i was just lost, as they were talking in Chineese at me.

If someone would be willing to create this unique Google type Mod i think i am sure many would also love to have something like this to help promote their forums through word-of-mouth that is, your own actual members, now that is POWERFUL!

and if someone wants a google account i got 50 free to give away.
