Hi,

If someone checks "Show most recent posts at the top" in his profile, where/how is this stored?

Adish - (F.L.A.M.E.R)

It basically means that "my reply" in this topic will be shown on top of your opening post as it is a recent one than yours.

Is that something you are looking for?

HunterP

I know what it does :)

I want to know where in the database this setting is saved?

Adish - (F.L.A.M.E.R)

Under smf_themes table.

(1, 1, 'view_newest_first', '1'),

The above tells you that the `id_member`, `id_theme`, `variable`, `value`

So, if you alter the last "1" to 0, then it will disable it and alternatively 1 enables it.

Cool, thanks :) Was wondering how many members have enabled that setting. 60 on my forum, 4700 members.

I bet you don't know what you've done for me today. After several years, your post still come through for me. Thanks a bunch

Steve

@Sheryl, let's not make a habit of resurrecting an 11-year-old post please.  :)
My pet rock is not feeling well. I think it's stoned.
