When logged out my forums and board not visible

Hello, everyone -

I've going nuts looking through all the permissions to find how can a regular guest see my boards and what we have to offer. I don't believe I changed anything so why can't the board be visible for members not logged in.

Registration enabled, set to email notification and maintenance mode is set to zero.

Any ideas what else I can look through.

My board permissions are set to default and this is what I see the default settings?

Manage Boards and Categories, then Allowed Groups:
Groups allowed to access this board.
Note: if the member is in any group or post group checked, they will have access to this board.

Configuration > Feature and options > General

Check "Allow guest to browse the forum".
