Pretty URLs

I use Modifications "Pretty URLs".

URL of such look are necessary to me: hxxp:forum.com/name_topic [nonactive], instead of hxxp:forum.com/section/name_topic. [nonactive]

I apologize, if I write somehow not clearly. I from Russia and not perfectly know English.

We have even a Russian site about SMF (hxxp:www.simplemachines.ru/ [nonactive]), but for some reason there nobody can help me.
