Hey guys!

How can I remove the "Warning Box" and the "Only registered members are allowed to access this section....." ? 

I have my forums setup to be fully logged out with no guest options. I'm looking for a clean login look. Like if you click on login. But once you go home it shows the Warning again.

and   is there a way to not show news while logged out?

Now anyone know how to keep the news from showing when logged out?

If you mean the news in the header of your theme, then that's an edit to index.template.php. Add an if statement checking for $user['is_logged'].
