Disable subject editing in wap mode

Is there way to disable subject editing in replyes in wap/imode modes?

You would probably disable the input box in the Post.template.php file. Do a inline check like -- (WIRELESS) ? 'disabled="disabled"' : '' --

If the user is on wireless the textbox for the subject would be disabled for editing.

Right, forgot about that. Then of course you'd do this in the Wireless.template.php file.
