First i want to tell you that my english is very bad.

And here is my question.I upload a script on my forum and everything was worked until hxxp:now.it [nonactive] said that my forum is on maintain mode and my player can't register on hxxp:forum.help [nonactive]? I'm still amateur at forums.This is my first forum.

if you can access your forum, go into the admin panel -> server settings and disable maintenance mode.
