Admin Options Problem

I have successfully upgraded from 1.1.15 to 2.0.2. At least, that was I thought until when I clicked on Admin tab. Because no admin options were available. Admin functions literally did not function. I have tried to re-upgrade for several times. But it did not help at all. Any suggestions ?

Can you please paste here the exact error that you get when you try to load admin panel? (if there's any)

I have fixed the problem after playing with it for hours Another question: I am using Turkish language pack. I also installed ADK. Although almost everything is in Turkish, ADK block names are still in English. I could not find the relevant language file. Which file or files should I edit ?
