Boards in the wrong place after host move

Forum New Category isn't showing properly


mines is due to a host change.
in the admin panel i see the board/Category i want in the 2nd level
but in forum shows the Category at bottom not in the top 2nd like its supposed to.

I didnt understood. Weather you want to fix your forum or wana meet sexy smart people. (at least m  not. I am a noob).
Have you checked the table order in your mysql? Also check the code of boardindex.template.php so that if any thing is wrong there.
    Have you tried checking default or other templates?
