Really didn't knew how to name this topic...
Clean SMF 2.0.3 + Google Chrome 23.0.1271.97 + Profile page = http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i3KIHlEUsig

So is this SMF or Chrome bug?

Definitely a chrome bug IMO. Not sure what would fix it though, if anything on the SMF side..
