How do you use Paid Subscription in SMF 2.0? Looking for idea's

I'm looking for idea's on how we can start using the paid subscription feature in SMF 2.0 for our site at http://appliancejunk.com

The service manuals on our download page seem to be pretty popular.

I have a daily download limit of three set up for regular members to help control our bandwidth and our 'technician' based member group has a daily download limit of six.

I was thinking of using the paid subscription along with a new member group. The new member group would get additional daily downloads.

Any way I'm looking for other idea's on how a forum such as ours may use paid subscriptions and would be interested in hearing how other forums are using it.
