Mod for changing Meta Descriptions?

I have found:

...but I see only one box for typing a Meta Description. I have found no way of changing Meta-descriptions for Boards and so on.

...this seems to be what I want, but this is outdated and does not install with latest SMF.

Is there any Mod that allows me to change Meta Descriptions of Boards?
