phpBB 2.0.15 to SMF 1.0.5 then integrate with Mambo

I want to convert my current phpBB 2.0.15 installation to SMF and then integrate that with mambo. Right now, my live site has my own php pages and phpBB running. I have a mambo installation running on another webspace/domain which I will eventually move over to the 'live' webspace.

In the downloads section it says the phpbb2 converter has been tested on 2.0.7. Is there none for 2.0.15 or this converter should work?

What order should I do this all in? I'm really confused at the moment. My guess would be;

Install SMF on current site
Convert phpBB to SMF on current site
Move mambo from test site into current site
Integrate mambo and SMF (However that is done?)

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

This convertor should work fine for the version of phpBB you are using.
