How to remove white space between index button and banner?

Hi,

I got a forum: http://dreambox.mijnhosting.com/forum/index.php [nofollow]

In the news section i pun the html code of a banner but between te index button and the banner is to much white space.
How can i remove the white space?

The html code that ik use for the banner:
