Hello,

I have uploaded two different mods (.zip files) into the package manager. I clicked on install. Then the page came up that said "package files not found".

They would not install. Help please? I am new to this and learning.

Also, a lot of people say the temp file needs to be writable and so do the instructions in certain spots in SMF. But when I go into the file permissions page, where I have things set to writeable, there isn't a temp file listed. Do I need to do something here?

Thanks, Peace, Peter

Colin

Welcome to SMF,
Can you tell me the current permissions associated with your Attachment directory?

How did you do that, exactly?

Create it and set it to being read/write-enabled. :)

BTW, if you use Filezilla, make sure "Transfer type" is set to "binary", NOT "auto", which is the default setting. ;)
