Installation help needed for "Auto Lock Old Topics" Mod [Paid]

Hello folks. I am looking for anyone able and capable of installing this mod:

On our 2.0 heavily custom modified forum. I can pay, and the mod can install as is, although if possible, I'd like the original starter of an auto-locked topic to be able to unlock it. Since it would be fine if someone wanted to bump one of their own old topics.

I can indeed pay money, though our site is tricky so good PHP experience would be needed.

Thank you to anyone willing to do this for us. If there is a better suited mod for this you can also feel free to suggest it.

This should be easier than the post merger, as it only adds a scheduled task, an admin setting, and some language entries.

I do not know yet. Members must be able to unlock their own threads, so I need to look at that first.
