Comment Spammer

Hi, I'm very new to this but need help. I understand I will need a mod to stop 'comment spammers ' on my site. I have aquired hundreds of illegal members spamming my site with their product. I've deleted lot of comment threads but the members remain.

Im useless at understaning how to add a mod.....is there somebody that can help....paid or unpaid.....i need to lock my site down and dont understand how to .
