Spam Mod request

Can anyone make an anti-spam mod that requires the registrant to verify what a photograph is?

A photo verification question with 5 possible answers perhaps?

I am using SMF 2.0.2 and am not happy with my current anti-spam mod.

I have seen a puzzle mod by captcha but am not interested in registering at a site to get it.

You'd need quite a few photos to do that, no? And if it's just a choice of 5 answers, bots can just do that at random and still get through.

You'd honestly be better using a well written anti-spam question (see Admin > Configuration > Security & Moderation > Anti-Spam) instead.
