Best sequence for SMF - Bridge - Coppermine - converting from Xsorbit?

What would be the simplest sequence of setting this up?

My main concern is converting from Xsorbit to SMF.

Should I do it first, before putting all other elements together or set up everything first and than move all the data into SMF?

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
