[BUG] Registering "I agree" checkbox

If you fill out the reigstration form, Including the i agree checkbox and get an error, you have to click back. when you click back the "I agree" box is still checked but the Register button is faded out so you have to uncheck the box and check it again.

Either this was fixed or it's bogus: it doesn't happen for me.

Its still happening to me. Maybe i diddnt explain very well, Heres the exact steps:

-Go to the reigister page
-Enter the info
-Make sure you've make an error
-Check the i agree box
-Click the register button.
-The error will come up (Passwords dont match, or whatever)
-Click Back
-The register button is now fadded out, and the i agree box is checked:

IT could be a browser specific issue... what browser are you using?

Dispite my better judgment... I fired up my IE6 and gave it a test. Does not happen for me either.  Don't know what to tell you.
