So I was just browsing around in Post.php a few minutes ago, looking at how you handled user IP addresses when I found this.

// You are not!
if (isset($_POST['message']) && strtolower($_POST['message']) == 'i am the administrator.' && !$user_info['is_admin'])
fatal_error('Knave! Masquerader! Charlatan!', false);

Made me chuckle. Nice to see the devs have a sense of humor.  ;D

Robert.

You didn't know that easter egg? :P
There are more where that came from :D

There's something like another 17 or so in SMF 2.0. ;)

Nibogo

There's one when an user has 50.000 posts if I ain't wrong, there's also the book of unknown:

anysmfforum.com/index.php?action=about:unknown

And support for firefox:

anysmfforum.com/index.php?action=about:mozilla

I remember one with a mascot, but I can't remember where it was.

Arantor

The 'I'm a geek' one is at 500,000 posts.

The book of Unknown has two different verses depending on what you specify in the URL.

The mascot one was removed sometime in 2.0 RC phase because of the way it was written, there were complaints about it being a security issue. (Namely because it had some stuff that looked like an injection)

That one, thanks.

But it can be seen in 1.1.x I just don't remember how.

You never said a truer word.

Arantor

Similar to Chrissy is Kissy. I'm going to spoil a few more but I'm not going to give away all the details meaning you'll have to do some work to find them.

There's also the chocolate cake, the Oompa Loompa, changing pussy cats...

@Nibogo, pretty sure Earl was only added in early 2.0 RCs, I don't remember it being in 1.1.x.

Four words. Unless you count "I'm" as two words, of course.

Not that I'm pedantic, or anything...

The Craw

Heh. I knew about the Book of Unknown. I also seem to recall seeing "Leet" as my post count once. Also, wasn't there an extra action that, when called, displayed a cat meme or something? That was back when I used RC3 or something. I can't find it now.

live627

Oh yeah, the chocolate cake is my favorite :D

Chalky

So how do I find the chocolate cake??  Give me a clue, is it post count based?  Do I have to spend hours trying variations of "?action=chocolatecake" or "?action=yummy"?  Or is it like Google where I have to put a specific term in the search box?  (I've tried that too  :P)

TheListener

QuoteSo how do I find the chocolate cake??

Try the local cake shop.
