Ah OK cool. Because learning Burmese isn't on my bucket list as I'm still trying to master English. Glad we could help you out. Files ending with ~ aren't of use for production value.

That's not what I said. I didn't say to not be in UTF-8. What I said was converting HTML entities to native UTF-8 wasn't going to fix this particular issue.
