My registration page has stop working

Please i need help urgently!
i notice that three days ago my registration page has stop working. it says

"Template Parse Error!
It seems something has gone sour on the forum with the template system. This problem should only be temporary, so please come back later and try again. If you continue to see this message, please contact the administrator.

You can also try refreshing this page. "

please i seriously need your help for fixing this problem. if anybody can help... thanks

Thinking this should be in 2.x Support, but that's not important right now. What mods have you installed recently? I have to assume that something has gone wrong with Themes/default/Register.template.php

i installed the 'download system' mod some days back. i just want my site to be normal once more... please help!

Mind listing all of your installed mods?

I'm thinking it might make sense to get a copy of Themes/default/Register.template.php, and then use FTP to rename the one that's there, and upload the fresh copy.

Just to see what might be wrong with yours, can you attach it? There are three mods (from a quick glance) that would affect Themes/default/Register.template.php:

I removed line 18 from your version. I'm not sure why it was there.
   if (WIRELESS)
It's not in the standard file for that function. Give this one a try. Not sure it will fix it, but it's worth a shot.
