IMPORTANT!: Blank Screens

Hello,
This is very time sensitive and important. When I edit someone's account profile or forum profile when I save it it shows a white screen. Even when I refresh it stays like that. The action worked but I have to go back then perform another action for it to take affect. Also, when I clcik logoff it displays a blank screen and the only way to logoff is to go back then click home. The same thing applys when logging on.

PLEASE HELP!
