When you go to your site, add this, after the usual "index.php" thing.

?theme=1

That should revert you to the SMF default theme.

Does that work?

okay not but I just entered "/index.php?theme=2" and it took me back to its original theme.

Something went wrong. Were you able to fix it? Have you tried uninstalling the shoutbox, to see if the problem went away afterwards?
