Tokens are very knew and expected to be highly unstable

Themes and Layout>Member Options after "Configure guest and new user options for this theme" ... Token verification failed.

That one was easy it was missing a line in template_set_options:

It's around in one of the pull requests sooner or later it will be merged in (I usually do the merges when I really don't have anything to do or I'm annoyed ).
