Hello, I noticed that when I "forgot my password" and click enter my data I get the message that is indeed me an e-mail. But it is no e-mail.

kat

Um... I'm not sure that I understand what you're asking, Mario. :(

Are you simply saying that the e-mail's not being sent, when someone asks for a password reminder?

mariodieck

Yes that is exactly the problem.

It doesn't come a email

Colin

Is the forgot password function the only function in which the forum is unable to send an email? Are you using send mail or SMTP?

I am afraid that doesn't answer the question. The options I listed are two different methods in which SMF can be configured to send emails. By default SMF uses send mail. Have you changed the email settings to use SMTP or have you left them as is?

Sorry for my bad English :(

Was Email working earlier? When your current Email Problem started?

Maybe your webhost is restricting Emails to be sent
